Design and build a corporate headquarters facility for this federal savings bank. The site selected is part of a master planned community, the Washington Towne Center (Robbinsville). The work included complete Municipal and regulatory Agency Approval for the Site Plan as well as the complete site development and construction of a three-story 43,000 square feet corporate headquarters and branch bank facility. The building also includes some future expansion that will be designed for current tenancies. The facility includes, executive offices, board room, middle management offices, as well as, administrative and facility services and project services offices. A full service branch bank with drive up and ATM services is provided on the first floor.
