First floor office fit-out of a two story building that we constructed for Cricklewood Realty in Newtown, PA. This high end custom fit-out included many upgrades such as custom millwork, window treatments, wood flooring, ceramic tile entry ways and stone counter tops throughout. The space consists of 13 private offices, multiple mixed use office spaces, a private waiting and entry area, both a large and small conference room space as well as a break room complete with a pantry.
