New construction and associated site improvements for a 6,090 square foot 2 story new headquarters and branch office. The project proposed for this .61 acre site required the demolition of an existing building to provide parking and ingress and egress for the bank operations. The facility includes executive offices, board room, middle management offices, as well as, administrative and facility services. A full service branch bank with drive up and ATM services is provided on the first floor.
