The Shoppes at Mallard Creek

Original work on this project consisted of obtaining all required municipal, county, state, and regulatory authority approvals, as well as the design and construction of site improvements and  three buildings totaling 30,000 square feet. This project included the development of a 5 acre site for a new retail center. The project was constructed in three phases with the first being a 15,962 square foot retail building, the second a 10,230 square foot building and the third being a 3,884 square foot pad site building. The buildings created a village style setting with covered walks and traditional building facades.
