This is Phase II of an overall corporate office and conference center project. The work at this project includes an addition and the complete renovation of an historic stone Bucks County Farm house for use as a corporate guest house. The work includes an addition to the existing structure, excavating a deeper basement under the structure and raising the roof line of the structure. The completed guest house will include high-end luxury finishes and amenities. Also, a three car garage will be constructed with materials and finishes to compliment the Bucks County environment.
