The Church of Saint Ann

This project  we provided Pre-Construction, Construction and Project Management services for a new 35,000 square foot Faith Development Center.  This project consisted of a new structure being built immediately adjacent to the existing church.  A Gallery of Light both separates and joins the sanctuary and Faith Development Center. The building included a partial basement, which accommodates a commercial warming kitchen, a reception area and houses the mechanical services.  The upper two floors of the Faith Development Center accommodates all of the various programs and ministries including meeting rooms, classrooms, art room, chorus practice areas, a hospitality/reception area, media center and administrative offices for the pastoral staff.
