Rider University – Athletic Department Study Lounge

Rider University renovated an existing space on the first floor of the Maurer Physical Education Center to create a study and support spaces for the Athletics Department. The type of spaces that were created were office space, open study area and a recruiting / study lounge. The total area renovated was approximately 2,200 SF. The scope of work for this project included, but was not limited to, the following trades: demolition, concrete, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, architectural woodwork, insulation, doors, frames & hardware, glass & glazing, GWB assemblies, acoustic panel ceilings, resilient tile flooring, carpet, paint, specialties, window treatments, HVAC, electrical and communications.
