Phase I: The first Phase of this project consisted of a new 44,000 square foot fabrication, light assembly and warehouse facility for a leading provider of quality built animal caging and related animal care products to the world wide bio-medical research community. This state of the art manufacturing facility houses automated fabricating and precision welding equipment. The project also required significant site improvements including filling the building pad site with approximately 10,000 cy of structural fill. The work also included storm drainage and detention facilities, and on-site waste water treatment facility, as well as parking improvements, loading dock facilities, site lighting and landscaping.

Phase II: The second Phase of this project was to construction a 40,000 sf addition to the 44,000 square foot Phase I structure. This phase of the project also included raising the floor elevation by +/- 6′ over the entire 40,000 square foot area. Modifications to the existing storm water system, waste water treatment facility, as well as additional site improvements were required.
