Seeking qualified Cost Estimator w/master’s or foreign equiv degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering & 6 months of work experience To Analyze conceptual documents, design development documents, and bid documents to prepare Subcontractor/Vendor bid lists fitting the scope of work associated with the projects based on the level of documents. Analyze contractor and vendor proposals to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects. Research and evaluate subcontractors based on price, quality, selection, service, support, etc.
