Lawrenceville, NJ – May 4, 2014 employees of V.J. SCOZZARI & SONS, INC. offered helping hands for landscape improvements and spring cleanup at Eden Autism Services Group Home.
Employees from V.J. SCOZZARI & SONS, INC. joined with employees of Fennelly Associates and Princeton Air Conditioning to lend a hand in a spring cleanup and landscaping improvements at a Group Home in Lawrenceville. The volunteer effort originated with Jerry & Nancy Fennelly, who solicited some assistance from V. J. Scozzari & Sons, Inc and Princeton Air Conditioning.
The group was comprised of both employees and children of employees. The Sunday morning started with a yard cleanup of branches, pruning of trees and shrubs, and raking of the lawn. Following the cleanup new planting beds were dug and shrubs and flowers were planted, mulch was spread and the improvements were complete.
Eden Autism Services was founded in 1975 and is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children and adults with autism. The organization has nearly 40 years of clinical experience and success in educating individuals with autism, and training family members, educators, and other professionals in these best practices. Eden is recognized nationally for providing education and training in autism.
