Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a project delivery approach that integrates people, systems, business structures, key stakeholders, and practices from planning to close-out. The process collaboratively harnesses the talents and insights of all participants to optimize project results, increase value to the owner, reduce waste and maximize efficiency through all phases of a project. A tightly integrated team, powered by the latest in building information management, technology, and modeling, can prove to be a very powerful project delivery method.
