Renovation of a 3,000 square foot vacant strip center tenant space for a bank branch. This will be the first office for this de novo bank. The work consists of selective demolition, concrete removal, storefront removal, as well minor concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roofing, EIFS, storefront glass, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, acoustical ceiling, ceramic tile, carpet flooring and paint. The new branch will include a gallery area to feature local artist’s as well as office spaces, closing rooms. Bank support systems include a new vault, teller lines, ATM installation.
